If you don’t like low-budget airlines and you prefer to fly with British Airways, BA offers a nonstop flight from Heathrow to Mykonos and the return is to London City. Again, the flight time from London to Mykonos is 4 hours and the ticket (including the return) is around 270 GBPs.
Easyjet is the only airline company that starts the non-stop flights early in the season, starting from April British Airways doesn’t fly directly to Mykonos from London during April and May.

You can also get a ticket that combines an Easyjet flight with a Jet2 non-stop flight from London to Mykonos. Again a 4 hours flight and around 210 GBPs for a both-ways ticket.
How to get to Mykonos from London – November to April
During this period, which is the low season in Mykonos (it’s winter time and the sea is pretty cold to swim), you only find a non-stop flight from London to Mykonos with Easyjet. It flies from Gatwick (LGW) to Mykonos in 4 hours and the ticket is at 130 GBP (including the return).
How to get to Mykonos from London, with a flight to Athens and then a ferry from Athens to Mykonos

Costs of the ferry tickets vary from 30 euros to 60 euros per person for one way. So, it doesn’t make sense to get this option, instead of flying directly (or with a one-stop) from London to Mykonos, unless you want to spend a couple of days to see Athens.
